Client Testimonials

Starting around Jan 2009, my whole left side of my body was completely cold. I had it probably a year. I don’t know what caused it, but it was very severe. On a scale of 1 to 10, it was a ten. I was treated by a neurologist, but nobody could find a cause. Western meds helped somewhat, but I didn’t want to do that forever. Since doing the acupuncture and herbal treatments I am doing so much better. On a scale of 1 to 10, now I am down to a 3 and getting better. Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine worked for me, when nothing else seemed to. I would recommend trying it!

Thank you so much, Matthew! I've had suffered with severe menstrual pain and abdominal cramping each month for over 20 years. The acupuncture and herbal medicine treatments have helped me tremendously. Now, I don't have to miss work or be in pain sitting at the computer at work. Also my husband is really happy about my mood! Thank you.

I have taught yoga in San Diego for more than six years. I occasionally organize retreats and workshops and invite master yoga teachers and talented people from other disciplines who I think would enrich the lives and practices of my students. Of all the people I have invited to share their knowledge and experience, Matthew Wagner remains my students' favorite. I originally met Matthew on retreat at Zen Mountain Center near Idyllwild where he gave meditation instruction to a group of about 20 of my students. Most of these people were professionals, working in fields where their lives touched and influenced the lives of many other people. Among them were teachers, doctors, nurses and psychologists. What began as simple meditation instruction evolved into more than three hours of thoughtful exploration of Zen and its potential relationship to both our spiritual and secular lives. We were deeply moved and inspired by his authenticity, insight, and eloquent and articulate expression. In the spring of 2007, by popular demand, I invited Matthew to create and present the meditation segment of a yoga/meditation workshop held in Encinitas. The workshop was a tremendous success. Many months later, people still inquire about the possibility of coaching sessions and future workshops with Matthew.
